I am a former BC'er and just wanted to share this glorious tale of some incredible recruiting tactics by BC. I was on a Fortune 100 client in Manhattan (pretty good gig) and was working with an experienced hire, I am one myself. I found out from the client that this rocket scientist, previously working with the Tazmanian Space Agency, used to be an independent consultant working at the client on another project. That project was being run by a crack BC management staff who advised them to lose this IC and use a BC, so they did. BC's brilliant recruiting department hired him and promptly staffed on the very same client.
